Return Policy

At De Furnishers Guild, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture and exceptional customer service. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

1. Standard Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you with a return or exchange for the same item, or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at defurnishersguild@gmail.com or call us at +92 301 0041890. We will guide you through the process and provide you with return instructions.
  • Condition of Return: All returns must be in the original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Any returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Furniture: All custom-made furniture, including but not limited to baby furniture, school furniture, and any other personalized items, is non-returnable and non-refundable once the production process has begun or the item has been delivered. This includes any alterations or special requests made to the furniture.
  • Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items, as stated in the Defective or Damaged Items section above. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange.
  • If an item is exchanged, it will be subject to stock availability.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • In case of a valid return or exchange, shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by De Furnishers Guild.
