2. Product Availability and Pricing

• All products are subject to availability. If an item you order is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
• Prices for our products are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices listed exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

3. Discounts and Offers

• Minimum Purchase for Discount: A 10% discount will be applied to your purchase when the total value of your order reaches a minimum of 5 lac PKR. This discount is only valid for purchases made in one transaction and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Factory Rate for Complete House or Room: If we are furnishing an entire house or room, we offer factory rates on the products. Please contact us directly for a consultation and detailed pricing.
• Customized Furniture: We also offer customized furniture services. Whether you need baby furniture, school furniture, or any other special requirements, we provide tailored solutions. The pricing for custom-made furniture will be provided upon consultation and depends on the design, materials, and complexity of the order.

4. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to:

• Bank transfers
• Credit and debit card payments
• Cash on delivery (for certain areas)

All payments must be made in full before the shipment or delivery of your products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the products.
• We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or supply chain issues.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement or refund.
• Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items unless stated otherwise. Custom-made furniture is not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Customization Policy

• All custom-made furniture orders require a consultation and approval of design and pricing before production begins. Customizations may include alterations to size, materials, color, or style.
• Once the design is approved and production begins, the order cannot be modified, and no refunds will be issued for custom-made items.

8. Liability

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, De Furnishers Guild is not responsible for any errors or omissions. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
